Davidson County Living Wage Rate
Certification through 2025:
$21.20/hour or $19.20/hour with health benefits
Certification lasts for the remainder of the calendar year of the date the business applied through the full calendar year following.
Depending on what month one applies, certification could last 13-24 months based on the NLW advisory board’s quarterly review process. Updated Living Wage rates go into effect on January 1st of each New Year.
Certified employers must reapply for recertification every two years to account for inflation adjustments and new ALICE Report data.
